567zk Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 567zk ("567zk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the 567zk website at 567zk.ws, its associated mobile applications or any of its products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone else who accesses or uses any part of the 567zk platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 567zk. Creating a 567zk account or placing a single bet constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

567zk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered on their account before changes take effect.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 567zk, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You must be using the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of any third party when placing bets or participating in casino games.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, either through 567zk's own responsible gaming system or through any recognised external programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close associate of 567zk or any affiliated entity.

567zk takes age verification seriously. If there is any doubt about a player's age, 567zk reserves the right to suspend the account and request documentary proof of age before allowing further activity. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 567zk account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, payment method or email address used. 567zk uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting and payment data analysis to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and payment details. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 567zk login credentials. 567zk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify 567zk immediately via support@567zk.ws if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

567zk will never ask you for your account password by email, phone or chat. Any communication claiming to be from 567zk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

567zk is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet registered to your name)
• Source of funds documentation where requested by 567zk's compliance team

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal capability until documents are received and verified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All 567zk transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 567zk does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless specific written approval is granted by 567zk's finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and applies to all players equally.

567zk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000. Enhanced due diligence may include requesting source of funds documentation and can extend the processing timeline. 567zk will communicate any delays promptly to the player.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the source minus any applicable fees. Any player found using third-party payment accounts may have their account suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

567zk offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all 567zk promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of deposit plus bonus amount unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• Only bets placed with eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published per offer. Most table games contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Players may opt out of a bonus at any time before wagering begins by contacting support, at which point the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed.
• 567zk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum with an active bonus is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

567zk offers casino games provided by third-party licensed developers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, Ezugi and others. Each game is governed by its own internal rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, 567zk's decision on the outcome of affected rounds is final. Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be void and stakes returned. 567zk will not honour any winnings produced by a demonstrable system error, exploit or bug regardless of whether the error was exploited knowingly.

All game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators independently tested by accredited laboratories. 567zk does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) figures published for each game are the verified long-term theoretical returns as certified by the game developer's auditing body.

7. Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

567zk offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL and other international sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 567zk:

• All bets are subject to the maximum stake limits displayed in the bet slip. 567zk reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. 567zk reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before a bet is settled, even after the event has concluded.
• In-play bets accepted after the official result of a market is known will be voided and stakes returned. 567zk uses independent data feeds to monitor this.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the market was already settled.
• For PSL matches, if fewer than the minimum overs required by the DLS method are bowled before a stoppage, match-winner bets will be settled on the DLS result if one is declared, otherwise voided.
• Multiple bets and accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs at the appropriate odds.
• 567zk may suspend markets at any time before a bet is confirmed. If a market is suspended after your bet is submitted but before it is confirmed, the bet will not be accepted and your stake will not be deducted.

8. Responsible Gaming

567zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the platform is not used in a way that causes harm. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries risk, that the house edge means the casino will win on average over time, and that no strategy guarantees profit.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) – self-set and effective immediately
• Session time reminders and automatic session logout after a period you define
• Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days during which login is prevented
• Permanent self-exclusion that prevents account access for a minimum of 12 months

9. Privacy and Data Protection

567zk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, 567zk collects data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention and providing contracted services. 567zk does not sell player data to third-party marketing organisations. 567zk uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data at rest.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 567zk holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to 567zk's legal obligations. These requests should be submitted to support@567zk.ws.

10. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 567zk and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC
• Using third-party payment accounts to deposit or receive withdrawals
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games or any game where player interaction affects outcomes
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Attempting to launder funds through the 567zk platform
• Abusing the bonus system including but not limited to deliberately low-risk bonus wagering strategies designed to extract value without genuine play risk
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions without first exhausting 567zk's dispute process

11. Account Closure

You may close your 567zk account at any time by submitting a written request to support@567zk.ws from the email address registered on your account. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your primary registered payment method, less any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

567zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, identity theft or money laundering
• Chargebacks filed against 567zk
• Provision of false documentation during KYC
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards 567zk staff

Where an account is closed by 567zk for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the deposit source unless the closure is the result of fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

567zk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 567zk excludes all warranties, representations and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms.

567zk's total liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

567zk is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or winnings beyond the specific bet outcome
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures beyond 567zk's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's own actions, including failure to maintain account security
• Losses caused by telecommunications failures or mobile network outages while an in-play bet is pending

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about 567zk, the resolution process works as follows:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to support@567zk.ws with as much detail as possible including your account ID, the relevant transaction or game round ID and a description of your concern.
2. Step 2 – First Response: 567zk commits to acknowledging your complaint within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 72 hours of receipt.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the 567zk compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final decision within 14 days.
4. Step 4 – Final Appeal: If you remain dissatisfied after the compliance team's decision, you may request a final review by senior management. This constitutes the end of 567zk's internal dispute process.

While a dispute is under investigation, 567zk reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the portion of your balance that is the subject of the complaint. This hold will be released promptly upon resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

567zk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes – those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player – will be communicated to registered players by email at least 14 days before they come into effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 567zk platform after new Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and receive any remaining real-money balance before the new Terms take effect, by notifying 567zk in writing within the 14-day notice period.
